Host Masonic Center, 2 Ridge Road, High Bridge, NJ 08829 The Masons are the largest fraternity in the history of the world. Freemasonry (or simply, Masonry) is a fraternal order whose basic tenets are brotherly love, relief (philanthropy) and truth. They strive to enjoy the company of brother Masons, assist them in times of personal trouble and reinforce essential moral values. There is an old adage that Masonry "makes good men better", which is their goal. Masonic groups are geographically placed into "Lodges". A Masonic lodge operates like any other fraternal organization would, with regular business meetings, events, etc. Masonry offers men a good and positive environment to interact with men of good character, thereby reinforcing their own moral development. The Masons of Host Lodge #6 F.&A.M. in High Bridge are hosting a Roast Beef Dinner and they hope you'll attend! Oven cooked Roast Beef, gravy, potatoes, vegetables, salad and soft drinks and water will be served. $ 15 per adult, $ 8 for children 10 and under. Proceeds from the dinner help us fund our scholarship program, the CHIPS Child Identification program, and other events. Visit: www. HostLodge6.org and also Host Lodge #6 F&AM on Facebook. c l i n T o n p r e s b Y T e r i a n c H u r c H ' s a l l - n e W p r e s c H o o l n o W H a s m o r n i n g c l a s s e s F o r 3 a n d 4 - Y e a r o l d s ! Over 50 years ago a Detroit businessman elicited generous responses when he asked 100 business friends to contribute $ 200 each to the family of a young local police officer who was fatally wounded in the line of duty. This selfless act was the beginning of the 200 Club. The 200 Club of Hunterdon County was established in 1976 as a NJ not-for-profit corporation to provide financial assistance to families of any police officer, fire, rescue and emergency management personnel providing such services to the citizens of Hunterdon County who have lost their lives or become disabled in the line of duty. The Club stands ready at a moment's notice to provide assistance should the need ever arise. The Club is governed by a 15 member Board of Trustees consisting of Hunterdon and Warren County residents who serve three-year terms. Anyone interested in supporting and furthering the mission and goals of the 200 Club of Hunterdon County is eligible for membership. All prospective members must be sponsored by a member in good standing and have the approval of the 200 Club of Hunterdon County Board of Trustees. Initial dues are $200 per member and annual dues are $75. Each member receives identification from the 200 Club of Hunterdon County establishing his/her membership. The Club enjoys the full support and endorsement of police, fire and emergency service organizations in Hunterdon County and throughout the State, including the NJ State Police. For membership info go to www.200clubofhunterdon. com or email 200clubofhunterdon@gmail.com. The 200 Club receives its income from dues, continuing annual support of its members, and the Golf Tournament.
