H u n t e R d o n f o o t b a l l C l u b Hunterdon Football Club, also known as Hunterdon FC, is a community centered not-for-profit soccer club that was formed in 2013 as a result of the merger of North Hunterdon and Hunterdon United Soccer Clubs. Our mission is to create a positive environment for all athletes to improve as individuals while learning and playing the game of soccer in a fun and challenging environment. We emphasize and value good sportsmanship and teamwork, fair play and competitive spirit! Our travel and recreational soccer programs seek a level of competition appropriate to the player's skill set. The Clinton Township Fall Recreation program, run by Hunterdon FC, is currently open for registration and will start mid-September at Bundt Park. The program stresses skill improvement at the individual player level in a fun and learning environment. Our motto is "everybody plays soccer" and we offer an organized approach to game scrimmages in a week-to-week league play structure and format. Our large travel program stresses both the team development and individual player development aspects of soccer. We provide a high level training and game day environment where players are encouraged to take risks, learn from their mistakes and take ownership of their own development process. All travel teams have a dedicated professional team coach/trainer. Hunterdon FC offers opportunities to play travel soccer across the ages U6 to U19, including a Pre-Travel Academy. We have a range of boys and girls travel teams which play at a competitive level in both the Mid New Jersey [MNJ] and EDP leagues across the age groups U9 to U19. We recently completed tryouts for the upcoming new Fall 2018 season and we're in the late stage of team formation – however – there are a limited number of roster spots available at most age groups, so we encourage parents to reach out to us should they still have interest in their child playing travel soccer this Fall!
