Rd V Scho The WordMasters Challenge™ is a national competition for students in grades 3-8 that encourages growth in vocabulary and verbal reasoning. Each year, over 150,000 students from some of the best public and private schools throughout the United States participate in the WordMasters Challenge. WordMasters celebrated its 31st year of challenging students across the nation to improve their vocabulary development. Classroom teachers and Mrs. Sielaff work with the students prior to each meet. For the past two years, at the end of the competition, Round Valley has been ranked nationally. This year, our 5th grade team placed tenth in the nation and our 6th grade team placed 11th! In addition, to being top scorers, many of our students received highest honor recognition. "Highest Honors" are reserved for those students who have finished among the top 10-15 students in the country at their grade level. We had five students recognized for this accomplishment . "High Honors" are for those students who have finished among the top 2% of all competitors at their grade levels. Round Valley had nine students reach this level. What an outstanding achievement! t Tohip Midd Scho The 2017 Hunterdon Film Festival, was held at CTMS. This year we had students from three area schools attend.
