1 9 A p r i l 2 0 1 7 B R U S H D R O P O F F The DPW yard will be open the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, starting April 8 through November 11. Hours of operation are 8:00 am through 3:00 pm. Each homeowner will be allowed to make a total of TWO free trips to the DPW yard for brush disposal. Proper ID will be required. For each load over two, a fee of $10 will be charged. Tickets for any excess disposal need to be purchased in advance and cannot be purchased at the DPW yard. They can be purchased in person at the Clerk's office. Checks should be made payable to Clinton Township. Clerk's office hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. No tickets are required for a homeowner's two free loads. A list of homeowners will be maintained at the DPW yard. Any commercial entity wishing to dump brush can only do so if being done on behalf of a homeowner. The homeowner's name and address must be supplied, and the two free disposal load limit still applies. Definition of a load is a normal sized pickup, or a trailer attached to non-pickup vehicle. The trailer shall be no more than 48 square feet. The DPW yard is located at 111-117 Annandale- High Bridge Rd, just north of the railroad bridge as you leave Annandale Village on West Street. P E R M I T / N E W A P P L I CAT I O N / I N S P E C T I O N S TAT U S For your convenience, information regarding the status of existing permits, new permit applications, permit updates, and inspections can be obtained by visiting our website. Please refer to the steps below: • Access our website: www.ClintonTWPNJ.com or go to www.sdlportal.com. • Once on the home page, click on the tab marked "Public Access Portal" and log in. If you are a first time user you will be asked to create a new account. Once you have created your account you will be able to log in and access information as needed. • After you have logged in you will be directed to the "Welcome Back" page. There you will find a text box where you can enter a permit number or a control number. If you do not have that information available, you may also type in the property address. Note: When entering the property address, do not include the word Avenue, Street, Drive, etc. only use the building number and street name, i.e. 123 Main. • If you enter a permit number or a control number, that record will appear on your screen and you should click on the record to view details. • If you enter an address, you will be provided a link to "try a full search." Once you click on the link, all available records associated with that address will appear on your screen. There will be inflatible bounces, where you can hop in and jump around! We'll have face painting by Consie Sindet! Dance, act silly and have fun to music and games by Dr. D Entertainment! For our Wagon Parade and Contest: decorate the family wagon and enter the Wagon Contest! Prizes will be awarded for: Funniest, Prettiest and Most Creative decorated wagons. Bring a basket and follow the Easter Bunny after the Wagon Parade to the Egg Hunt area for goodies and special prize eggs! Check your eggs for Special Prize information before going home! Appropriate for toddlers through 3rd grade. This event is limited to Clinton Township residents. We hope to see you there!
