The 25th Annual Larry Grantham Celebrity Golf Classic will be held on
Wednesday, July 13 at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club in Bedminster beginning
at 10:30 am with a brunch buffet; 12:30 shotgun start; 5:15 reception and
6:00 pm dinner. The event will be emceed by Scott Clark, former Director
of Sports at WABC TV in New York. This year's sportsman of the Year will
be Bruce Harper – former running back and kick returner for the New York
Jets. Participation begins at $600 per golfer with levels up to $10,000 which include
foursome golfers playing with one of the sports celebrities in attendance.
Can't golf but want to attend the reception and dinner? That option available for
$150. Proceeds from this charity event will support the programs and services provided by

At Rutgers Snyder Research and Extension Farm, 140 Locust Grove Road,
Pittstown, Hunterdon County, NJ 08867. Wednesday, August 31, 2016 (Rain
or Shine) from 3:00 pm.– 7:00 pm. The event includes the very popular tasting
of more than 80 heirloom and hybrid varieties of beefsteak, plum, cherry, and grape
tomatoes. Other highlights include tasting of farm grown fruit, varieties of basil, local
honey and recipes featuring Jersey Fresh produce. Wagon tours of the farm's research
plots will be held throughout the event. Also, chef demonstrations featuring preparation of
several recipes, Jersey Fresh Salsa tastings, and teaching garden and educational displays
