Hunterdon Medical Center will host the 12th Annual Baby, Tot and
Kid Fair, a free event for expectant parents, new families and parents
of toddlers and young children on Saturday, April 9 from 9:00 am to
1:00 pm in the Main Lobby of the hospital. The Baby, Tot and Kid Fair will
provide attendees with the information they need to make decisions about taking
care of their young children and family. Come and learn about:
• Obstetricians, Midwives, Pediatricians
and Family Practice Physicians
• The Maternity and Newborn Care Center
• Lamaze and Hypnobirthing classes
• Parenting Education Classes
• Child Care Providers
• Preschools
• Nutrition
• Breastfeeding
• Community classes for children
• The Child Development Center
• Tour the Maternity and Newborn Care Center
• And much more!
Come and enjoy the Baby Fair Spa with complimentary paraffin
dip wax, hands dipped in melted paraffin wax for softening and
moisturizing and nail polish changes with hand and arm massages.
This service will be provided by the cosmetology class of the Hunterdon County
Poly-Tech Career and Technical School. Tours will be available of the Maternity
and Newborn Care Center.

10:30 am Musikgarden Class with Hunterdon Academy of the Arts

11:00 am Dancing with your baby – bring you baby wraps, slings and carrier
and dance along with your baby in this fun exercise class presented
by the Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers
12:00 pm Little Ninja Gymnastics for ages 3-7 with Gymnastics Unlimited
12:30 pm Storytime "My Special Cupcake" (especially for children with
allergies and special dietary needs) with author Julie Klingel and
Hunterdon Pediatric Associates
Local artist, Consie Sindet, will also be doing face painting during the
fair. In addition, during the month of April Hunterdon Medical Center
is proud to be sponsoring the United Way of Hunterdon County and
NORWESCAP's Diaper Bank. The diapers will be distributed to local food
pantries in our community. With every box of diapers an attendee brings to the
fair, he/she will be entered to win a car seat!
