The Garden Club of Hunterdon Hills invites anyone in the northern Hunterdon
County area who shares an interest in gardening, horticulture, agriculture and
conservation to join us on Wednesday, January 27 at 9:30 AM at the High Bridge
Emergency Squad Building, 95 West Main St., High Bridge NJ 08829.
At 11:00 am, Beneath These Waters: A History of Round Valley
Reservoir will be presented by Stephanie Stevens, County Historian,
and author of eight books detailing Hunterdon County and New
Jersey's cultural and historic past. She is a current Trustee of the Hunterdon
County Historical Society and former Mayor of Readington Township and
former Chair, Hunterdon County Cultural & Heritage Commission. Please
come, meet our members and learn about our exciting outings, programs and
committees. Meetings will be held on the fourth Wednesday of every

New Venue!
Try something new this year and host your events at Beaver Brook Country Club!
If you are not familiar with the club, we are
conveniently located right off of Route 78 and
nestled amidst the Hunterdon Hills. Beaver
Brook is the perfect setting for a truly elegant
reception at an amazing value. We just finished
remodeling all of the events space, lobby and
restrooms with a look that is understated yet
elegant. Our cocktail hour space includes a
lounge which opens onto a private deck
overlooking the golf course and rolling hills.
The Ballroom, seating up to 150 guests for a
reception or 180 theatre style, features a
portable dance floor and wall to wall panoramic
windows capturing the magnificent views.
This also makes the space great for meetings
with lightning fast WIFI, natural lighting, the
cocktail space can be transformed into
breakout space, AND we have an additional
conference room that can be set up
various ways.
I would like to invite you for a visit of the club in the
new year. We will walk the property and talk about
your event plans in further detail. We are available
seven days a week. Please let me know what date
