With the holiday season in full swing, there's no doubt that your stress level

There are also meditation classes, sharing hours and a naturopathic doctor on staff. I'll
be there offering gift certificates for In Your Arms – an alternative touch/
professional cuddling therapy service. Consider sending a hug to someone

The Holiday Faire is focused on health and well-being oriented eco-friendly gifts with a
conscience that are being offered by a variety of vendors and practitioners alike. If you
