Anderson House, a nonprofit halfway house for women recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction located in the Whitehouse Station section of Readington Township, is hosting its 17th Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser on June 1 at Stanton Ridge Country Club. The modified best ball tournament will feature a BBQ lunch, chair massages, hors d'oeuvres and cocktail reception, dinner and evening program featuring an Anderson House Graduate, enticing prizes, golfer gifts, goodie bags, contests and awards. Anderson House is actively seeking golfers and sponsors to raise funds to support the women it serves. The event is coordinated and planned by a community-based, all-volunteer golf committee – some of whom have been members since the outing's beginning! Each year this event attracts successful businesses, entrepreneurs and attendees from across the State and beyond. Visit: www.andersonhouse.org, call: 908.534.5818, x207 or email: events@andersonhouse.org for more information. Since opening its doors 20 years ago, Anderson House has given close to 800 New Jersey women, mostly from Hunterdon and Somerset County, in early recovery the time, care and guidance they need to restore meaningful relationships with their families, become self-sufficient, contributing members of our communities and loving mothers to their children. Because of the comprehensive care Anderson House provides, women go on to lead full and fruitful lives free of addiction and build satisfying futures. n e w r O a d s f i n a n C i a l g r O u p At Newroads Financial Group, our team works with Executives, Entrepreneurs and those going through life's transitions who we've learned probably manage approximately 70-75% of their personal financial lives effectively. However, through the depth and detail of the Newroads process, we help uncover and optimize the remaining 25-30% that is either not being done correctly, not being done at all, or not being managed as efficiently as it could be – all of which can help make a tremendous difference to the long-term success of our clients' financial lives. We form lifelong relationships with our clients. The client supplies the personal information, a little time and a commitment to make decisions. We determine the problems, develop the strategies and provide recommendations. After that we are there to help adjust, update and manage the plan to assist our clients in achieving their desired goals and objectives. We commit to our clients and to their financial welfare.
