Diabetic shoes are specially constructed to protect your feet. They are also "extra–depth" to accommodate special inserts which are custom made. Special features and materials combine to provide your feet with the extra protection they need. Diabetics are prone to getting infec- tions and ulcerations. These shoes help prevent these problems and many more. Medicare has shown that providing proper foot wear has helped decrease the amount of amputations in the United States by 85%. Medicare plus secondary insurance will pay 100% for one pair of diabetic shoes and 3 pairs of custom inserts per calendar year. The inserts are made of a soft spongy material which only lasts for a few months. Our office carries the #1 diabetic shoes in the country. Please visit our website at: www.Doctorcomfort.com – you will see hundreds of shoes from which to choose. In order to qualify for this program you must first make an appointment and come into our office for an examination. We then perform a digital scan of your feet and measure your feet. Your order is then sent through electronically and the shoes arrive in about 3 weeks. Please call Dr. Howard J. Tzorfas D.P.M. at: 908.236.6999 to find out more. Gratitude turns what we have into enough. c l i n t o n t o w n S h i p p ta c l o t h i n G D r i V e 2 01 4 Friday, November 14, 3-6 pm, Saturday, Nov. 15, 9 am-12 pm at the Clinton Township Middle School, 34 Grayrock Road Items accepted include: clean, wearable clothing (men's, women's and children's-any season), shoes, belts, handbags, hats, scarves, backpacks, house- hold linens (curtain, bedding, towels, pillows, sleeping bags, small rugs), dolls, toy cars and trucks, stuffed animals, baby gear (play yards, strollers, & bicycles). Founded in 1970, Dancers Pointe has grown from a small studio in the basement of a Roselle Park home to five beautiful studios in the Union, Essex, Morris and Hunterdon counties. All of our studios have spacious waiting rooms, sprung floors, custom ballet barres, dance attire boutiques for your convenience and ample parking. We are excited to announce that the studio is now franchising, and has celebrated the grand opening of its first franchise in Boonton, New Jersey. Dancers Pointe's goal is to teach students "life skills through dance". Dancers Pointe is not just another performing arts studio. Dancers Pointe is a family where students of all ages and all abilities are accepted. They offer a "special stars" program specifically designed for children of all ages with cognitive or physical disabilities where they are given the opportunity to dance and perform one-on-one with a special needs dance instructor. Dancers Pointe is also excited to announce that they are the new home to Princess Plie © and Friends! Children ages 2-6 will join the magical world of these characters in class where they will learn new dance skills while having enchanted adventures! Dancers Pointe offers both recreational classes and competitive classes for the more serious student. Our competitive dancers have obtained numerous special judges awards, and high ranking awards both regionally and nationally in tap, ballet, pointe, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, acrobatics and musical theatre. The studios pride themselves on nurturing their dancers to have respect, dedication, confidence, discipline, and what it takes to be part of a team while having fun! Whether students are dancing for fun, exercise, or planning to enter the arts on a professional level, Dancers Pointe will guide them along the way. The Studio also offers all-boy tap and hip hop classes, Zumba, birthday parties, and acting classes, audition workshops, performance coaching and vocal instruction. At Dancers Pointe we create better dancers but, most of all, we create better people. Come join our "Dance Family" today! Call us to register at 908.241.9595 or register online at: www. The Stanton Holly Trail is kicking off the holiday season with their 53rd Annual Holiday House Tour the first weekend in December! At the Champagne Tour (Friday, December 5 at 5:00 pm) you'll be treated to a candlelight tour and enjoy champagne, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and coffee at the Stanton Ridge Golf and Country Club. Starting at 8:15 am on Saturday, December 6, guests not only go on the house tour but are also invited to a chef-inspired luncheon. Our Holly Trail Bakery Booth and Craft Boutique feature unique items from local crafters and bakers. Any guest with a sweet tooth will also be sure to visit the Candy Cottage which features a diverse selection of chocolates, fudge, hard candies and other holiday goodies. The Sil- ver Tea House will serve complimentary home-baked cookies and hot tea to all those attending the event. The tour features five picturesque homes, adorned with handmade crafts and ornaments, complemented with beautiful greens, Christmas trees and driveway luminaries all decorated by community volunteers. Guests are entertained by Bus Ambassadors who accompany them as they make their way through the various HC sites. New Jersey's longest established holiday house tour serves over 1,000 patrons and has donated over $900,000, evenly divided, to both the Hunterdon Medical Center and the Stanton Reformed Church.
