Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Experience the incred- ible movement of QiGong. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques with focused intention. Qigong (pronounced Chi Gung) is a holistic system of self–healing exercise and meditation. Its movements are designed to reduce stress and increase energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique (pronounced Ray-Key) for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It's administered by laying on of hands. During a Reiki Share all participants will receive the stress reducing, healing energy provided by the Reiki practitioners. All are welcome even if you have never experienced Reiki before. Life insurance can come in many forms: Whole Life, Term Life, Universal Life (fixed and variable) and, more recently, Indexed Life, among others. To add to the complexity, there are words and phrases like cash value, paid-up additions, guar- anteed vs. current values, tabular details, non-forfeiture, conversion clauses and modified endowment contracts. It's no wonder that most folks consider life insurance to be that "necessary evil" they know they need to guarantee safety for their family or business, but will never really want to think about again once the policy is in place. At Strategic Retirement Solutions LLC, our team of experts is here to en- sure that you have a clear and concise understanding of your insurance needs. We'll help you break through the clutter to understand which state-of-the-art product solution is the perfect fit for your situation. For example, did you know that if you currently have a whole life policy issued prior to 2009, there's a likelihood that a new policy could actually cost you LESS premium today, even though you're now a few years older? Let us review your policy with you today. We'll provide a NO-Cost, No-Obligation review, and give you straightforward and honest recom - mendations to save you money and provide a much-needed peace of mind. Call us today at: 908.797.3881, or book an appointment through our website: www.retirestrategically.com.
