C o m An Exaggerated Spring Bump! Real Estate is back and prices are rising! The number of home sales in New Jersey rose by 29% from 2011 to 2012 and another 15% from 2012 to 2013. We expected this Spring market to be early and strong but heavy Winter weather caused January 2014 to be the first month since 2011 to have lower home sales than the same month the previous year! And the snow storms just kept coming, right through March. As a result we experienced an exaggerated Spring bump – a later but stronger Spring market than we anticipated. Will this more intense de- mand yield a higher sale price for your home? Let's talk real estate. Donald Sherblom, Coldwell Banker, Clinton (908) 735-8080 x132. Please call my cell: 908.797.9900.
