Please join us in welcoming Ms. Caitlin Corlett, who joined our 3rd grade team; Ms. Alyssa Stomber, who joined our 5th grade team; and Ms. Tina Hlinka, who joined our Special Education team. Each of these educators brings valuable experience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with students. We are thrilled to have them as part of the Round Valley community and look forward to all they will contribute to our students, staff, and school throughout the year. SCHOOL FOCUS: As we begin the 2026-2027 school year, our focus is on helping every student feel a sense of belonging while developing the positive academic behaviors and habits that support learning and growth. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to watching our students grow both academically and personally throughout the year. MONTHLY SPOTLIGHT: On September 11th, our school community came together to remember and honor the lives impacted by this important day in our nation's history. Students and staff wore red, white, and blue as a symbol of unity, remembrance, and patriotism. Throughout the day, classrooms participated in age-appropriate activities and discussions focused on remembering the events of September 11th and the importance of kindness, courage, and coming together as a community. As we commemorate the 25th anniversary of September 11th, we took time to reflect on the significance of this day and the importance of keeping its memory alive for future generations. Round Valley School Hello, I am Kristen Doyle and I am happy to be a part of the office team at Patrick McGaheran. I have lived in Hunterdon County for over 20 years and am happy to call Lebanon Boro home. I am coming from Three Bridges Elementary School in Readington, where I was secretary to the principal. My work experience includes graphic design, administrative support and classroom support. I have 2 college age children, and a Jack Russell Terrier named Millie Bobbie Brown. My hobbies include pottery, paddle boarding, weight lifting, hiking and backpacking. Hello, I am Chelsea Wilson and I am excited to be joining the Clinton Township School District as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This is my first year working with Clinton Township School District, but it is my 12th year working as speech-language pathologist in the public schools setting. As someone who is new to the district professionally, I am especially excited to become part of a community that is already very meaningful to my family. My own children are students in the district and have had such a wonderful experience, which has given me an even greater appreciation for the schools, staff, and community. When I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons, and golden retriever, going for walks, reading, and playing Mahjong. I look forward to getting to know the students, families, and staff and to being part of such a welcoming and supportive school community. Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Faustini and I am so excited to be joining the Patrick McGerhan team as a speech-language pathologist. This will be my first year working in Clinton Township School District, but is my 6th year working as a speech pathologist in a variety of different settings. I am excited to grow as a member of the community both as staff in the school and as a parent whose children will be enrolling in the district. When I am not in school I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children, and golden retriever. I also enjoy distance running, reading books, and finding new coffee shops. I look forward to an amazing year at PMG! Patrick McGaheran School continued NEW STAFF: At CTMS, we have two new staff members, Ms. Noor Abdelhamid and Mrs. Jessica Ortiz. She will be teaching several UA classes, including Computer Science and Robotics and 3D Design for all three grades. Hello, my name is Noor Abdelhamid and I am the new Computer Science and 3D Design & Robotics teacher this year at CTMS! I recently graduated from The College of New Jersey, and am excited to bring my passion for technology into the classroom. This school year, I am most excited to introduce real-world applications of computer science to students and create engaging, hands-on projects. We are so fortunate to welcome back Mrs. Jessica Ortiz to teach Spanish classes at CTMS. Mrs. Ortiz had completed a leave of absence last year. "¡Hola! I am thrilled to join the Clinton Township Middle School team as the new Spanish teacher. With over 17 years of experience in Hunterdon County public schools, I bring a deep commitment to our local educational community. My background includes 14 years teaching high school Spanish at North Hunterdon and Hunterdon Central, two years supporting district students as a teacher assistant in the ABA program at Patrick McGaharan, and serving as a leave replacement right here at CTMS last year. As a Hunterdon County native and proud parent of two district students, my roots here run deep. I earned my degree in Spanish and Education from The University of Texas at Austin and spent two years living in Argentina, where I honed my fluency and graduated from culinary school. I utilize a communicative approach to language learning, aiming to immerse students in both the Spanish language and its rich, diverse cultures. My goal is to foster a dynamic classroom environment where students build real-world communication skills and gain confidence in their abilities. Outside the classroom, I can usually be found staying active at HealthQuest, playing tennis, cooking, and spending time with my family.
