If you've ever felt the urge to be out on the water surrounded by beautiful views, a sense of freedom, and a community of friendly, like-minded people then Hunterdon Sailing Club (HSC) invites you to take the first step. Join us for an informative meeting on Sunday, March 15, at Riley & Jake's, 1831 NJ-31 in Clinton from 12:00 to 3:00 pm. Meet some of the friendliest people you'll ever sail with and learn what HSC has to offer. Located at Spruce Run Reservoir, Hunterdon Sailing Club has been sharing the thrill of sailing with the public for over 62 years. As a nonprofit organization, HSC is dedicated to making sailing accessible and affordable for everyone. The sailing season runs from April through early October, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, practice, and enjoy life on the water. HSC's experienced sailors generously volunteer their time to teach newcomers in small, limited-size classes using club boats. Learn to sail single-handed boats like the Sunfish, or advance to Force 5 and multi-person boats. Support doesn't stop after lessons, members can continue to grow their skills through coached practices and higher-level classes. There truly is a place for everyone at HSC. Members can experience racing up close by assisting the race committee on the water, take part in racing and social sails, and enjoy a full calendar of social events and hands-on volunteer opportunities. Sailing is a lifelong sport, and Hunterdon Sailing Club welcomes sailors of all backgrounds and experience levels. Come learn, connect, and have fun on the water! Learn more: www.SailHSC. org.
