H u n t e r d o n H e a l t H H i v e Cheryl Anderson is a local resident of Hunterdon County who has taken a personal journey through the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause and has a genuine passion for health and wellness. Because of this experience, Anderson has started a Facebook group called Hunterdon Health Hive, with a focus on these crucial life stages. Whitehouse Wind Symphony, a community band directed by Jim Sheeley, will hold three holiday concerts: at 7:30 pm on 12/5 at Whitehouse United Methodist Church; at 3:00 pm on 12/7 at Flemington United Methodist Church; and at 3:00 pm on 12/13 at Readington Reformed Church. This series is one of the band's most anticipated annual events, featuring classic Christmas carols and popular holiday songs! Founded by conductor emeritus Casey Bork on April 15, 1996, the Whitehouse Wind Symphony is dedicated to performing the best in wind band literature. Since its founding, the band has grown rapidly, attracting experienced musicians from across New Jersey, New York City, and eastern Pennsylvania. Currently, about fifty amateur and professional musicians perform regularly for enthusiastic audiences throughout central and northern New Jersey. The band has won the Hunterdon Happening List seven times in the favorite band/musician category! All concerts are FREE, with donations accepted.
