What is an OCC Project Leader? An OCC Project Leader is an individual who collects OCC gift filled shoeboxes for children that are distributed around the world! If you would like to know more about becoming an OCC Project Leader, feel free to attend this workshop. We will learn about new and updated information as well as hand out free "GO Boxes" (pre-printed shoeboxes) to those who attend. GROUPS WELCOME! Tickets are $35 per person and are available at the door or online at: www. ChurchHolySpirit.org. Seating is limited, so get your tickets early! Doors open at 5:00 pm for Appetizers and Silent Auction (until 7:00 pm) featuring many beautiful themed baskets, paintings by local artists and services provided by parishioners. At 5:30 pm a buffet Thanksgiving dinner will be served along with vegetarian options. Dinner and a bid-paddle are all included in the ticket price. VISA, MasterCharge and cash are accepted. The Live Auction begins at 7:00 pm with offerings of vacation time-shares, fantastic dinner parties, Pysanky Egg decorating, and much more. Auctioneer Alex Van Veldhuisen returns for his sixth year to lead the auction in lively bidding session. We can't wait to see you there! Join the Clinton Township Democrats and help your community! Have you ever considered running for office? Perhaps you can manage a campaign? You're never too young or old to get involved. We meet over Zoom the first Tuesday every month (which will resume in September) to discuss local happenings, and we also try to hold in-person socials throughout the year. We also try to do volunteer work as a group for local non profits, so get involved! Fall will be busy with the Governor's race and we will need help to get our candidate elected. Women aged 18 and older are invited to join NJWOMENSONG for the fall 2025 season. Choral experience is not necessary, and a brief vocal assessment will help to place you in your appropriate voice part. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays from 6:45 pm to 8:30 pm at Hunterdon Central Regional High School in Flemington, beginning on September 10. NJWOMENSONG is a non-profit women's chorus that offers local women the opportunity to enrich their lives and the broader community by sharing music that uplifts and inspires. We sing in three and four part harmony, and our repertoire includes sacred, pop, traditional, Broadway and everything in between. Our Holiday Concert is set for Sat, December 13 at 4:00 pm at Flemington Presbyterian Church. Vocal assessments will be available on Wed, September 3 from 6-8:00 pm at Hunterdon Central Reg.
