In January of 2025 one free card will be mailed to each household. Specific questions regarding disposal guidelines should be directed to: 908.236.9088 or: www.co.hunterdon.nj.us/Hunterdon County Solid Waste and Recycling Services. 2025 NEW JERSEY DOG LICENSE APPLICATION All dogs living in the Township must be licensed annually during January. Puppies do not need to be licensed until six (6) months of age. Unlicensed dogs are subject to summons from the Animal Control Officer. Please notify us if your dog is deceased or no longer living in Clinton Township. If your dog cannot be vaccinated, a licensed veterinarian will need to complete a Rabies Exempt Form. If you're licensing for the first time, a copy of the rabies certification must be submitted. If this is a renewal, and the rabies shot does not expire before October 31, 2025, you do not need to submit the certificate.
