C O M Happy East! t h e k e y t o … e n t e r t a i n i n g i n a s m a l l s p a C e If you're someone who loves to host, I can help you make the most out of every room. There are some clever ways to maximize any space and throw an awesome party or get-together. Let's get into it! VERTICAL SPACES – Freestanding shelves offer versatile storage. They come in collapsible forms, so you can bring them out and hide them when your guests leave. Open shelves can also be added to walls to use for cocktail service, a coffee station or dessert bar. You can place them in your kitchen, dining room or in small closets. HIDDEN STORAGE – Sometimes the best storage is the kind you can't see. Find stackable furniture that can expand and then store into itself. Fold away furniture pieces like café tables and chairs, hideaway stools and wall mounted foldable tables can serve their purpose when in use and then be stored afterwards. EXISTING FURNITURE – If specialized furniture or shelving units are not an option, make use of the space you already have. Use existing surfaces, such as window ledges, to serve food. Your bed can act as a makeshift sofa by pushing it up against a wall and adding some throw pillows. A coffee table or TV unit can also serve as temporary buffet space. Designing a smaller space to entertain can be a fun and exciting challenge. As a real estate expert with an eye for design and functionality, I can see the hidden potential in whatever space you have. Let's find solutions together.
