The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed from curb to curb and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic. Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle. Also, please remove all garbage containers from the road before a snow storm in order for the snow plows to get through. The above regulations apply to all municipal streets in the Township. The Clinton Township Green Team is pleased to announce that Clinton Township has achieved Sustainable Jersey Certification! Municipalities that earn this certification are considered by their peers, state government, experts, and civic organizations in New Jersey to be among the leading communities in the state. The Clinton Township Green Team was formed just a year ago with members from the community, Environmental Commission, Planning Board, Township Council, Open Space Committee, and School District.
