Parents, community members, students, teachers, and administrators all gathered to learn about the process and to reflect on what makes the CTSD great. After the meeting, a survey was sent to get additional input. The strategic planning meetings will take place over the next four months, with a core team of 35 representatives meeting biweekly. We will use the data and input to set goals and create a path forward as our district moves forward and serves as an exemplar in the field of public education. This work will help us create a plan for growth and academic success through 2026. – Sincerely, Dr. Melissa Stager, Ed.D Superintendent, CTSD A MESSAGE FROM DR.
