There are answers. It's scary to list a home without having one to purchase, but it's necessary. Putting a home sale contingency on an offer, meaning there is no contract on the home yet, will not make it stand out. Buyers winning bids today are purchasing without having to sell. But what if selling is necessary in order to purchase? There's a solution: List the house, close it and rent back. It's true. Most buyers are willing to rent the house back to owners for up to twelve months. But what if the buyers don't want to rent back? We can still move forward with a Home of Choice Contingency. This allows owners to sell the home, live there, without closing, until suitable housing is found. In this scenario there isn't a Home Sale Contingency when it's time to purchase. This contingency means that the house sold, it just needs to close when the owners find their next home. Sellers are more willing to take this offer. Make the decision to sell, then call me. I'll handle the rest. – Jen Santoro, Weichert Realtor | 908.735.8140 | jenifer.santoro@gmail.com We Offer Specialty Services, Including: Our Care is Your Peace of Mind Specialty and Emergency Care Right in Your Backyard 23 Blossom Hill Road Lebanon, NJ 08833 Call us at (908) 236-4120 or visit us at www.crownvet.com • Emergency/Critical Care • Anesthesia • Acupuncture • Pain Management • Dermatology • Surgery • Cardiology • Oncology • Ophthalmology • Rehabilitation The HC Library continues to bring programs and concerts to all!
