NO PreK PM Session. I N O U R S C H O O L S : Protocols for Weather Related Closures or Delays Weather closings and delays are difficult and are not made lightly. Discussions with key agencies take place in the very early hours of the morning (and often the night before) to ensure the safety of both the students and the staff. These entities are: • North Hunterdon Voorhees School District • NHVS sending districts • Clinton Township Police Department • Hunterdon County ESC, who coordinates our transportation • District personnel regarding parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways. The key factors for school closures, delays and/or early dismissals are student and staff safety, as well as the ability for the parking lots to be cleared and ready to receive students. We understand it is difficult for working parents and ask that all parents have plans in place for such times. As of this printing (December 15, 2021), Governor Murphy has not approved remote instruction for inclement weather days.
