K Street Group is announcing its summer
schedule for Taser training to be held at its
Training Academy Annex in Annandale. K Street
Group now has two Certified Taser Instructors on its
faculty; Bob Aromando and Dan Doyle. This allows for
multiple courses to be offered every week at various
times, making it extremely convenient for anyone to
attend. The course is three hours in duration and
includes topics such as taser safety, taser operation,
use of force continuum, personal self-defense,
and dynamic situational awareness. Under no
conditions will any student be used to demonstrate the
effectiveness of deploying a taser. Conductive targets
will be used instead to simulate a real-life situation.
Upon successful completion of the course,
the student will be able to safely carry a taser for self
defense purposes only in New Jersey or New York. In
addition, K Street Group is an authorized reseller of
Taser products and can assist the student with their
purchase options. The summer courses started in
July and will continue through August 25. The Fall
and Winter courses will be published in a few weeks.
