Full of fi ber, healthy fats, which provides satiety and delightful pudding texture. 4-6 servings Ingredients: • 1 can full fat coconut milk • 1/2 cup chia seeds • Zest of 1 orange (plus the juice) • 1 tablespoon of whole cardamom seeds (crush inner seeds and remove husk) or 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 cup maple syrup (to taste) 1. Add coconut milk, zest, orange juice, chia, cardamom, and vanilla to food processor (or bowl) mix until combined 2. Add maple syrup slowly (to taste) 3. Cover and store in fridge overnight 4.
