This dessert hummus would be delicious with apple slices, graham crackers, toast, pretzels, and more! Here's the recipe: Ingredients: • 2 cups chickpeas (or 1 can) • 2 ripe bananas • 1.5 Tbsp coconut oil • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp ground vanilla (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract) • Couple turns of Himalayan Salt • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter) • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips Directions: Put everything (except the chocolate chips) into you high speed mixer or food processor. Blend for about 5 minutes until smooth and then mix in chocolate chips. And that is it! So simple and delicious! l u C k y t r a v e l e r b O u t i q u e I started Lucky Traveler Boutique in 2020 after leaving my corporate job in 2019. During that time, I accumulated over twelve years of experience in retail and corporate at Bloomingdales and Bed Bath & Beyond. Shortly thereafter, I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I thought my time of being sick was well behind me after my liver and portal vein transplant at age seven. From my trials and tribulations of being sick as a kid, you would think that I had seen it all. 25 years later my body thought otherwise. Ever since I was very young I knew I wanted to open a clothing boutique, but other things always seemed to get in my way. After my most recent diagnoses, I knew life was too short to keep pushing off a dream. It was either now or never. I decided to take a leap of faith and I have not looked back. Creating Lucky Traveler Boutique has been a labor of love and made me genuinely happy. It has given me purpose in life again after almost losing it since becoming sick. Please visit: www.LuckyTravelerBoutique.com to discover many beautiful clothing and accessories for your loved ones or for yourself. I truly hope you love shopping here as much as I love buying the merchandise for you! Thank you for sharing my journey with me, as I am profoundly grateful for all the support. – Katelyn, Founder and CEO of Lucky Traveler Boutique F e e l G o o d F o o d a t h O m e ! Good news! The book is called 'opportunity' and its first chapter is New Year's Day." ~ Edith Lovejoy Pierce
