A nderson H ouse 15 th A nnual G olf O uting F eatures lpga R ising S tar J odi E wart S hadoff at S tanton R idge G olf and C ountry C lub This year's Anderson House Annual Golf Outing features Jodi Ewart Shadoff, a rising star on the Ladies Professional Golf Association tour. Jodi will play a hole of golf with all participants on Monday, June 3, at Stanton Ridge Golf and Country Club in Whitehouse Station. Jodi was recently a contender at the Kraft Nabisco Championship. Proceeds from this event directly benefit the programs and services at Anderson House, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization; a residential treatment facility located in Whitehouse Station for New Jersey women recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction. Highlights of this event include golf and cart, lunch, dinner, prizes, player gifts, contests, and silent and live auctions. To date, major sponsors include Conway Wealth Group, NCS Technologies, Insurance Compliance Agency, Rotolo Law Firm, Somerville Aluminum and Andrea Kaum. Hole-in-one sponsors include Mercedes-Benz of Flemington, Flemington Furs, and Stanton Ridge Golf and Country Club. Awards will be presented to men and women individual and team players, low gross and net. Golfers will have the opportunity to bid on some terrific prizes including rounds at Baltusrol Golf Club, Copper Hill Country Club, and Stanton Ridge Golf and Country Club. Students can choose from 11 different career programs and participate in hands-on activities and projects in the school's hi-tech automotive shops, labs or professional restaurant – a great way for students and their parents to experience what career and technical education is all about. This year we have the "Summer Sampler" where kids can rotate to various programs throughout the week. Polytech has many unique programs that are not offered in the county high schools.
