Starting January 6, the North County Branch Library in Clinton will be co-hosting with HillJoy Labs a 3-month long Startup Incubator for Small Businesses. A dedicated space will be set aside Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9-12 in the Adult Services area. The Incubator Program facilitates creative collaboration by providing an environment that allows entrepreneurs to thrive: inspiration from fellow Startups, work space, secure wireless internet, access to desktops, printers, scanners, 3D printing and mentoring. The program will end with "Pitch Night" on Thursday, March 26 at 7:00 pm where each company will pitch their business to friends, family and the public. "Pitch Night" will not only highlight the hard work that was put in, but will help the entrepreneurs hone their presentations for future Accelerator programs, clients and investors. Due to the limited space, a person or group who is interested in being part of the Incubator will be asked to submit a proposal by December 13. Forms are available at the three Hunterdon County Library branches, and on our website: www.hclibrary.us. "Your life does not get beer by chance. It gets beer by change." ~ Jim Rohn
