The Creative Path Artists invite the public to see fine art work by its members. The paintings are on display at the North Branch of the Hunterdon County Library in the town of Clinton, NJ, throughout the months of January and February. The artists' original work may be experienced during regular library hours. A reception will be held on January 11 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served. The Creative Path Artists meet weekly to share their creative journeys and to support and encourage one another. Some of the artists have a more traditional or approach while others are more influenced by the impressionists or the expressionists. The group employs methods and tasks from Julia Cameron's The Vein of Gold which is the sequel to The Artist's Way. Following the outline in Cameron's book the artists become more confident, daring, and inspiring. Founding member, Inge Rist, had a lifetime retrospective exhibit at the North Hunterdon County Library in August of 2018. She states: "It was really this group that gave me the courage to approach the library and ask them if I could show my work there." Inge's paintings have also recently won awards at the Tewksbury Art Show and The High Bridge Paint Out. Members of the group include: Debi Butler/Holland Twp., Deirdre Dunne/Flemington, Donna Foran/Flemington, Karen Kuiper /Franklln Twp., Inge Rist/Annandale, Lisa Uchrin/Lebanon Borough and Donna Rose/High Bridge. The Library is located at 65 Halstead Street Street in Clinton.
