I am James Scordo and I've been selling homes and properties in
Hunterdon County for over 35 years. I've lived in Clinton Twp for over 23 years.
I grew up about a mile away in High Bridge where I spent endless hours in
my father's barber shop (aka Jimmie the Barber) on Main Street talking with
people about the happenings in the area, the growth of Hunterdon County and
the Real Estate market. That started my interest in real estate.
We have all seen many changes, but the internet has changed everything
about the Real Estate business. The internet has reduced the cost of doing
business and now there is no need to charge a 6% commission to sell your
house. I do the same things other Realtors do (GSMLS, Zillow Realtor.com
etc) except I charge ONLY 4%. Less commission doesn't mean less service.
With all my years of experience I can and will help you navigate the
selling process from getting your house ready all the way through the closing.
Based on my years selling real estate I will advise you what to do and what not
to do. I have saved sellers thousands and I will do the same for you. Call me
and I will explain: James Scordo Real Broker LLC, direct: 908 236
8894 or email: jascordo@yahoo.com.
