The April 8 agenda will be similar and we will host a guest speaker from Spruce Run NJ State Park. HSC is dedicated to promoting the sport of sailing with instruction for novices and a robust calendar of activities for experienced sailors. Club events are scheduled every week from the last week of April through mid-October. HSC sponsors 'Learn To Sail' classes for all age groups in June and July with continued coaching to develop sailing skills and safety on the water. The Club is home to several international one-design fleets and sponsors local, regional and national regattas on Spruce Run Reservoir throughout the season. In addition to racing, the HSC has activities for recreational sailors, like picnics, scavenger hunts and a variety of other events on the water. "The fact is, we're passionate about sailing and we enjoy sharing those skills with others who are interested in the sport." says Angelo Lovisa, Commodore of HSC.
