Clinton Township School District Pre-School Program for the 2018/19 School Year The Clinton Township School District is accepting applications for our integrated preschool program for the 2018/19 school year. Clinton Township resident students, ages 3 and 4, as well as 5 year olds who miss the October 1 cutoff date for kindergarten entry, are eligible. It is anticipated that an afternoon session will be offered; tuition is $300 per month. All classes are staffed by fully certified teachers and provide a comprehensive curriculum that is developmentally appropriate. Children must be toilet-trained upon entrance into the program. A PreSchool Information Night is scheduled for January 25, 2018 at Spruce Run School from 6:00 - 7:00 pm (Snow date 2/1/18 – 6:00 - 7:00 pm). This is a student entrepreneur program where students write a business plan, produce products, and sell them at a real Marketplace. Mark your calendars for our first TREP$ Marketplace, to be held at CTMS on Wednesday, April 11 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. It is sure to be a great event, so plan to come out for a night of shopping! Mark Buschi, who retired from CTSD in 2010 after teaching for 31 years in the school district, donated his beloved collection of books to the CTMS library this year. He returned to CTMS on December 7 (Pearl Harbor Day) to talk to eighth grade ELA students about his wide range of books. His books have been cataloged in The Mark Buschi Special Collection at the CTMS Library. Thanks, Mr. Buschi for sharing your passion for books with our students! Sixth grade physical education students are running a floor hockey tournament within their classes.
