This program is nationally recognized through the results of more than 25 years of peer-reviewed, published research for stopping and even reversing the progression of heart disease. Hunterdon Healthcare will host a free information session on the Ornish Reversal Program on Wednesday, December 6 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm. The program will be held at the Hunterdon Medical Center Auditorium. Participants in this education session will learn how this program can optimize your health and the research behind the Ornish reversal program, the four key elements of this program - nutrition, exercise, stress management, and social support - details of the program, medical coverage criteria and how to join. Refreshments from the Ornish Reversal program will be served. This information session is free and open to the community.
