Join us at Clinton Presbyterian Church during the month of
December as we celebrate the Christmas Season. Here are a few
events:
· December 1 – Cookies & Cocoa with Santa (after the parade)
Join us at CPC after Clinton's 31st Annual Christmas Parade for
cookies, cocoa and a whole lot of fun! Visit Santa's workshop and get a
photograph with the Big Guy! We'll have a professional photographer on site
to capture that special photo… and save you a trip to the mall!
· December 6 - Advent Vespers, 7:00 pm
Amid the busyness of this beautiful season, we hope you can join us
for these reflective worship services. All are invited! As we prepare
for the coming of Christ, may we find time for prayer, find time for peace, leave
the busyness behind us, and reach out to one another in love.
· December 17 – Blue Christmas, 7:30 pm
In the long, dark winter nights, memories of past experiences and the pain
of present experiences and situations can become overwhelming. We invite
you to join us for this service of hope and healing as we offer our
pain to God. All are welcome.
· December 24 – Christmas Eve Family Worship Service, 5:00 pm
Join us as we retell the Christmas story with joy. Kids of all ages are
welcome. Our Candlelight Communion Service begins at 11 pm.

Once upon a Christmas, in a small, snowy
town named Clinton, there was a festive
gathering at the Stahlbaum home. Dr. and
Frau Stahlbaum and their children, Clara and
Fritz, welcome guests to a holiday party when an
unexpected guest arrives. Herr Drosselmeier, a
mysterious gentleman known around town for his
dealings with magic, arrives with a special gift for
Clara - a wooden nutcracker!
Come join in the magic and watch as the local
talented dancers of Hunterdon Hills Ballet,
along with inspiring professional dancers,
take us on the journey of Clara with a Clinton
twist! With the use of projections and well-loved
Clinton landmarks set on stage, HHB will delight
you with their version of "Our Clinton Nutcracker"
on December 16 at both 1:00 and 5:00 pm.
The role of the Sugar Plum Fairy is being
performed by 15 year old Savannah Quiner.
Savannah placed first in classical dance at the Youth
American Grand Prix (YAGP) Boston in 2017. At the
YAGP Finals, she received a scholarship to the Rock
School. She has previously danced the role of Clara
for the NJ Civic Youth Ballet's Nutcracker. Savannah
is thrilled to be studying with Elaine Matthews at
Hunterdon Hills Ballet and dancing this iconic role
this holiday!
