1 5 N o v e m b e r 2 0 1 7 t Tohip Midd Scho CTMS is a busy place after 2:30 pm – filled with participation in co-curricular sports and after school clubs! The fall season of sports events offered opportunities for students to engage in boys and girls soccer, volleyball and cross country. In winter, we will offer both boys and girls basketball. T h e C T M S S n o w H a w k s S k i & Snowboarding Club will run for six weeks starting in January. This is an excellent opportunity for our students to learn how to ski, snowboard or improve their skill level. Our after school clubs span a variety of areas. The CTMS Drama Club is pleased to announce that they will feature the play Annie Jr., and auditions for parts and stage crew occurred in October. Please mark your 2018 calendars for the show which will take place on March 8, 9, and 10! I n A r t C l u b , s t u d e n t s w o r k o n a variety of projects both individual and collaborative, including sculpture, painting, print making and using the pottery wheel. In our Movie/Technology Club, students have an opportunity to be creative and learn more about technology. They will be working o n m o v i e s , d i g i t a l p h o t o g r a p h y a n d graphic design and solar race cars. Some of our other year-round offerings are the CTMS Yearbook Club and Guitar Club. P l e a s e m a r k y o u r c a l e n d a r s f o r upcoming Clinton Township Middle School concerts. All concerts will take place in the auditorium and will start at 7:00 pm: December 5: CTMS Choral Concert December 12: CTMS Band Concert We are excited to share with you some of the bulletin boards created by CTMS students on the decorating committee (below)! victims, reaching out to the community for shoes and researching the needs for shoes in third world countries. The students will collect, count and prepare all the donated shoes for delivery. The drive will run through October 27. Students at RVS thoroughly enjoyed competing in the RVS soccer golf course activities with which took place during their physical education classes! ➥ (S. Zhang, Z. Gryszka, A.
