The new Frenchtown Community Service and Outreach Initiative (CS&O) is joining forces with the Harvest Family Success Center and hosting a FREE Senior Lunch & Learn every Tuesday from 11:30 to 1:30 pm! The Free Senior Lunch & Learn will take place at the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church on 4th Street in Frenchtown, and all seniors are welcome to attend! The Senior Lunch & Learn begins at 11:30am, with a class of NIA (No Impact Aerobics) "Moving to Heal" class that can be done while seated or while standing; see the description below! Next we all enjoy a delicious free lunch, then play a game of bingo, talk or have a visiting speaker.
