The new Frenchtown Community Service and Outreach Initiative (CS+O) is joining forces with the Harvest Family Success Center (FSC) and Frenchtown Borough to host a Health Fair on Saturday, April 29 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm as the kick-off event for the CS+O! The Health Fair will take place at the Frenchtown Presbyterian Church (4th Street, Frenchtown). All events are free! The fair will feature health and wellness programs for the whole family! Healthy snacks will be available throughout the day, and door prizes will be drawn every half hour featuring gift cards and merchandise from local businesses. One of the events planned is a Senior Lunch & Learn at noon, including free lunch and guest speakers, and every senior attending will receive a goody bag of information on local activities and services. Registration for the Senior Lunch & Learn is required. Please call: 908.237.0465 and ask for "Penni". The day's events will also include yoga demonstrations, meditation and mindfulness programs, blood pressure checks, healthy cooking/eating classes and much more! There will be free events for the entire family running throughout the day. Plan on joining us for this fun filled day to kick off the start of the Frenchtown Community service and Outreach Initiative!
