The Clinton Sunrise Rotary Annual Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, April 29, rain or shine! DeMott Pond will be stocked with fish for this FREE family event, and bait, bobbers and hooks will be supplied – just bring your own pole. The event is open to youth ages 4 – 16 years old and each participant will receive a raffle ticket for door prize drawings during the event. Registration will be conducted from 8:00 am - 9:00 am; fishing is from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. " w e S H a l l o v e r - r u n " 5 k a n d 1 M i l e w a l k i n l e b a n o n w i l l b e n e f i t H u n t e r d o n H o S P i c e The Lebanon Reformed Church located in Lebanon Borough will be hosting the 3rd Annual "We Shall Over-Run" 5K run and 1 mile walk on Saturday, May 6th. All proceeds from the event will benefit Hunterdon Hospice. The race will begin at 9:00 am and the walk will start at 9:15 am. Walk in registrations will be open starting at 8:00 am. The race will begin at the corner of Brunswick Avenue and Maple Street. T-shirts will be given to all racers who register by April 20th or while supplies last at the race. Awards will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers. Timing and race results by Base Camp 31. Hunterdon Hospice provides physical, spiritual, psychosocial and bereavement support to those with a life threatening illness and their families. Services focus on quality of life, not length of life. Hospice's unique approach addresses the needs of the entire family unit in planning care.
