7 O c t O b e r 2 0 1 6 'Tis now the very witching time of night, When churchyards yawn and hell itself breathes out... Contagion to this world." ~William Shakespeare p u r e N i r v A N A h o t y o g A s t u d i o Pure Nirvana is a heated, all-levels vinyasa yoga studio. Classes are taught in a heated room using infrared heating panels to a temperature ranging between 98°and 101°. The sun heats the earth by giving off invisible light; 80% of which reaches the earth is infrared. The light from the sun travels through the air getting absorbed by our skin, clothes and other objects. Similarly, infrared heating panels convert light directly to heat, warming nearby objects without raising the air temperature. Since the air temperature in the studio doesn't rise creating an uncomfortable environment, students are better able to concentrate on performing their vinyasa and reap the benefits of the infrared heat. For breathing comfort 40% humidity is added to the studio. In addition Pure Nirvana uses an air purification system to deliver a safe and healthy germ free training environment. Potential benefits of Infrared Heat: • Stress Relief • Reduction in Joint Pain • Increased Circulation • Detoxification of the Body • Improved Skin Appearance • Strengthening of the Cardiovascular System • Strengthening of the Immune System We're now offering $60 for one month of UNLIMITED YOGA for new students! Pure Nirvana Hot Yoga Studio is conveniently located at 56 Payne Road.
