The Clinton Sunrise Rotary and Green Brook Family Medicine are Co-
sponsoring a Community Flu Vaccine Clinic at the Clinton Fire House on
Saturday, October 1, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and at Our Lady of Lourdes
Church in Readington on Sunday, October 2, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Dr.
Ronald Frank, Dr. Sean Cook and the Clinton Sunrise Rotary will hold a
non-profit flu vaccine clinic to benefit the Hunterdon County Food Pantries
to help feed those in need. A minimum of $10 per paid vaccine dose will be
donated from the insurance proceeds. In the last three years over $18,500
has been contributed through this program.
Bring the entire family! Flu vaccines (including Preservative-Free) will
be available for adults and children 6 months of age and older at this
convenient one stop clinic. No co-pays or deductibles are required for
participants with most major insurances. We are unable to accept insurance
plans that require you to list a primary care physician on your card or NJ Family
Care/Medicaid. Please present all insurance cards at the clinic. For those without
insurance, or plans that Green Brook Family Medicine does not participate with, the
flu vaccine cost is $30.
In addition to the proceeds from the vaccination program, non-perishable
food donations will be gladly accepted for local food pantries. For
additional info., please call Green Brook Family Medicine at 732.356.0266.
Thank you once again to our supporters and patrons! When considering
receiving a flu vaccine, come out to one of our convenient community clinics to
support our program. While there are many commercial locations to get a
flu vaccine, only ours fights hunger in our neighborhood!
The 1759 Vought House is planning its second annual benefit auction on
its grounds—and is hoping YOU will want to participate! Last year's auction
was a super success, and a repeat on Saturday, October 1, is planned. Please check
your garage and attic for items you no longer need, but that could be someone else's
treasure on the big day. The October 1 auction starts at 9:30 am (previews)
and 10:30 am (auction) at the 1759 Vought House, 34 Grayrock Road,
Annandale (next to the Clinton Township Middle School). If you have
auction-ready items you would like to drop off or have picked up, please
contact Kerry at 908.447.2006. All proceeds benefit the 1759 Vought
House. Check our website: www.1759VoughtHouse.org.
