The Tewksbury Historical Society will hold its 22nd Annual Flea Market on Saturday, September 3 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Johnson Family/Cedar Lane Farm field on County Route 517, Oldwick, north of Homestead Road and one-half mile north of the village of Oldwick. The rain date is Sunday, September 4. Admission, beginning at 8:00 am, is a suggested donation of $1, collected at the exits. Early birds can pay $ 10 per person and peruse the flea market from 7:00 am to 8:00 am before it opens to the general public. Entrance for Early Birds is from Homestead Road – follow the posted signs. Last year's flea market had 116 vendors participating and saw over 1,300 people in attendance. It's one of the largest flea markets on Labor Day weekend in New Jersey! There will be numerous vendors selling everything from antiques to household items, toys, china, hand-made items and more. Food will be available for sale for breakfast and lunch by the Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company. The Society will be selling lots of great items at its booth, including antiques, prints, maps, records as well as furniture and quality household items. Proceeds from the Flea Market help support the Society's on-going programs as well as go toward the Headquarters Building Fund.
