Dear CTNL,
"I just wanted to write a brief note to comment on how cool I think Ruth
Keesing is - can't believe she is 87! She certainly gives us baby boomers
hope that we can have so much fun when we reach her age. Thanks for
keeping her around. I look forward to her columns every month. She
is just like me!" – Sincerely, Barbara Eska
Dear Ms. Flynn:
"Thank you for the opportunity of spreading the news of what's going on
here at the Good News Home by way of your very prestigious Newsletter!
I pray you have a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by family and
friends." – Sincerely, Robin Jackson,
Good News Home for Women Development Director

Bring your children, friends and family! Cost: $5 for all ages. Menu:
breakfast casseroles, bagels, homemade muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
In addition, children can hear a Christmas story, make an ornament, have their
holiday picture taken with Santa (bring your own cameras, please!) and deliver
their Christmas letters to Santa personally! All the children will receive a small
present from Santa! Letters to Santa will be taken to the North Pole, where
they will be answered by Santa just before he sets off to deliver the presents!
All letters must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If not, Santa will
not be able to send his reply. For more info about Clinton Township's
Girl Scout Service Unit #81, please visit: https://sites.google.com/

" Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind.
To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy,
is to have the real spirit of Christmas. "
