United Way of Hunterdon County is in need of a few volunteers to help
with its Holiday Hands program this season! This is a unique opportunity
to assist with a program that touches more than 2600 individuals in need
throughout Hunterdon. If you have good computer skills, are detailed
oriented and can donate 15 hours per week (between 9:00 -5:00 pm,
Monday-Friday) beginning in mid-October through January, this
may be a great short-term volunteer opportunity. If you prefer to do
phone outreach, we're looking for volunteers to make phone calls
and follow up with clients in early December. This experience is one that
will stand out on any resumé and be remembered as a rewarding contribution
to our community. Interested in learning more? Contact Amy at: amy@

United Way is working to advance the common good by focusing
on income, health and education. These are the building blocks for
a good life. A quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to
support a family through retirement and good health. Our goal is to invest in
improving lives and conditions in Hunterdon County by creating long-lasting
changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place. Great things
happen because of neighbors like you!
