Company Culture. As every business owner will tell you, the culture (the accepted norms, values and traditional behavior of a group) within each business is different. Whether your business is a corporation, family-owned-and-operated, industrial or retail, we know it has a unique and distinctive feel. Successful placement lies in a new employee adapting to the company culture surrounding them – quickly. As Staffing and Recruiters, our role in the overall process is to find the best match between client and candidate. This takes time, meticulousness and, most importantly, collaboration with the hiring manager. Assessing a businesses' overall culture and fit 'vis a vis' each candidate is never easy, nor straightforward, but is a critical element in the overall hiring process. This assessment between the candidate (i.e., "your future employee") and your company is, in many cases, the difference between successful placement and a mismatch, whether the client is seeking a temporary employee or a permanent placement. Since 1997, Regional Personnel (www.regionalpersonnel.com), has constantly updated and assembled a massive database of possible candidates, enabling us to provide your business with the Best Candidates. We know our candidates and we will provide the best employee for you and your business. Call us today at: 908.534.8113 to find out more.
