As summer gets into full swing, the Township has a busy agenda
for the last half of the year. Here are some of the highlights of
what has already been accomplished in 2015, and what is to come:

This past Spring, as part of the Township's five year road plan,
the Township completed the reconstruction of Cratetown Road.
Throughout 2015, the Township plans to repave the following roads:

The Township was also awarded a $160,000 grant toward a joint
project between the Township, Readington and Tewksbury to repave
Potterstown Road in 2016.

The Township Council, on the recommendation of the Planning
Board, has designated the Township owned Old Municipal Building
on West Street in Annandale an Area in Need of Redevelopment.
The Planning Board has made a recommendation to Council on a
Redevelopment Plan for the site that will be considered by Council
at its meeting on July 15. This is the final step to be taken before the
Township issues an RFP for the redevelopment of the site. The draft
Redevelopment Plan is available on the Township's website (www.
clintontwpnj.com) and at the Municipal Building.

In addition to hearings on the Old Municipal Building, the Planning
Board has been considering the Township's Affordable Housing
Plan, with a final hearing scheduled for late June. Over the last
half of the year, the Planning Board will undertake the mandatory
re-examination of the Township's Master Plan.
