The current agenda for all Council meetings can be viewed, as well as meeting minutes and audio from completed meetings from the past few years. Also of importance to note is the opportunity to sign up for E-news. By signing up, you will be emailed the agenda for each upcoming Council meeting as soon as it is posted, and will receive other important Clinton Township news as soon as it becomes available. We are the only entity that will use the E-news function to send emails to you, and it will not be used more than 3 or 4 a times month, so rest assured you will never receive spam or unwanted solicitations by signing up. Here are some of the highlights of what has already been accomplished in 2015, and what is to come: r o a d S This past Spring, as part of the Township's five year road plan, the Township completed the reconstruction of Cratetown Road. Throughout 2015, the Township plans to repave the following roads: h i g h f i e l d S r o a d h e m l o C k r o a d r e d w o o d d r i v e S p r u C e r o a d u p T o N p i N e r o a d w e l S h r o a d a m e l i a r o a d S h e r i d a N r o a d e T o N C o u r T The Township was also awarded a $160,000 grant toward a joint project between the Township, Readington and Tewksbury to repave Potterstown Road in 2016. o l d m u N i C i pa l b u i l d i N g The Township Council, on the recommendation of the Planning Board, has designated the Township owned Old Municipal Building on West Street in Annandale an Area in Need of Redevelopment. The Planning Board has made a recommendation to Council on a Redevelopment Plan for the site that will be considered by Council at its meeting on July 15. This is the final step to be taken before the Township issues an RFP for the redevelopment of the site. The draft Redevelopment Plan is available on the Township's website (www. clintontwpnj.com) and at the Municipal Building. Residents can also email Tom at: tsilvia@clintontwpnj.com p l a N N i N g b o a r d In addition to hearings on the Old Municipal Building, the Planning Board has been considering the Township's Affordable Housing Plan, with a final hearing scheduled for late June. Over the last half of the year, the Planning Board will undertake the mandatory re-examination of the Township's Master Plan.
