Imagine you're waiting in line to checkout and it's your turn, you swipe the ATM card, DECLINED! What?! I know I had more than enough to cover this purchase. You sheepishly walk out without your purchase and call your bank. Your bank informs you that you're overdrawn. A friend's daughter went to file her taxes and found out they had already been filed and the refund check sent. How can this happen?! You were hacked. The store you shopped at was hacked, the doc- tor's office you gave your SS# to was hacked. Recently there was Heartbleed Internet bug which gave out millions of user's pass- words to hackers. How can you protect yourself? Very easy, CHANGE YOUR PASS- WORD. Do it NOW. Yes it's a pain in the rear end. Just do it to save you many hours of aggravation and grief should your personal information be compromised. No one is immune. The Help Desk Computer Center can help! Yoga originated in India, over 4,000 years ago. The word yoga means "union, and it is through the practice of yoga that you unite your mind, body and spirit. Many people are drawn to yoga as a way to keep fit, but it also promotes overall well-being, personal development and creates harmony between your body, mind and soul. There are many forms of yoga, Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced in the US. Hatha Yoga incorporates postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Together these three components make the body strong and flexible, and improve the func- tioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga helps bring about emotional stability and clarity of mind. Yoga is available for everyone, from the couch potato to the elite athlete. I challenge you to try it. Find a class. Find a teacher. The benefits will amaze you. –Kate Dougherty, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers y o g a C r e a t e S h a r M o n y B e t w e e n y o u r B o D y , M i n D a n D S o u l
