On Sunday, December 1, Santa visits the Stangl Pottery Factory from 12-300 pm, then head over to the courthouse at 3:00 pm for the Whitehouse Symphony Concert presented by Meditech. That evening, the sidewalks of Main Street will be filled with visitors for the Annual Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Holiday Parade. The evening will be rounded out by the Restaurant Associations' "Restaurant Row" featuring food samplings from participating restaurants. Santa's making appearances throughout the holiday season at Liberty Village, Hunterdon Shopping Center and the Shoppes of Flemington. On December 5, local children's musician Macheis Wind entertains with holiday seasonal songs, then Santa's leading the attendees to Cocoa's for hot chocolate and free photos. On Thursday, December 12, Curtis Sliwa, the Founder and President of the Guardian Angels, will speak with students and parents about the all to0 familiar topic of Bullying. One of the missions of the Flemington Business Improvement District is to host and support a variety of events throughout the year to attract audiences from the New York metro and Philadelphia vicinities to Flemington to help stimulate the local economy and retain support for the local businesses. 2 0 1 3
