It's Time to Take Your Business Online Less than 20 years ago major retailers and manufacturers didn't have websites. Imagine not being able to look at the latest car models, clothing or electronics from large corporations on the Internet. Today, even the smallest of businesses seem to be online. Consumers want to have an idea about who you are and what your business is about before they buy. A website is an absolute must. Yet the thing we hear most from businesses we work with is "I don't know where to start." At airint.com, we love to get small businesses like yours online quickly and easily. We know what it's like to run a small business because we run one ourselves. We offer a full range of services at affordable prices. See how we can help you get your existing business online or help you transform your great idea into an online business! Visit airint.com, email us at: info@airint.com, or call 888.813.9580. C l i n t o n R e a l E s tat e . c o m by Don Sherblom How's the Clinton Township homes market? Starting this month, I'll post both closed Clinton Twp. home sales and new listings to show the ratio of buyers to sellers. Is the spring market the best time to sell your home? The graph in my ad (on pg. 23) clearly shows the number of new listings jumped far ahead of the number of sales this past spring, which means more competition among home sellers. Between August and September, the number of new listings fell faster than the number of home sales. These two lines diverged over the last month but remain closer than they were in the heat of the spring market. Every month I post pictures and detailed listings of all recently sold Clinton Township homes on my ClintonRealEstate.com. Let's talk real estate.
