C l i n t o n R e a l E s tat e . c o m by Don Sherblom SENIORS ' CORNER While the number of Clinton Township home sales has been going down slightly this fall, the ratio of buyers to sellers has improved dramatically. According to Garden State MLS data, the absorption rate, the number of Clinton Township homes on the market divided by the number under contract last month, the best measure of supply and demand, has improved from over eight months in April and May to under four months in August and September. So, provided the US hasn't defaulted when you read this, the rest of this year promises to be a pretty good market for home sellers. Every month I post pictures and detailed listings of all recently sold Clinton Township homes on my ClintonRealEstate.com web site. Let's talk real estate.
