The Tewksbury Historical Society will again present "The Palette
of the World," its 24th annual Art Show and Sale from October 2
through the 6. The show will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church of Oldwick
Christian Education Building at 16 Miller Ave, Oldwick (entrance on Church
Street just beyond Miller). Over 100 artists will show over 300 juried pieces,
hundreds of well-priced Cash & Carry items and original works of art unframed.
General admission is still $3. An artist Preview Reception and Awards Ceremony
will be held Tuesday, October 1 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Tickets to the Reception
are $20 per person in advance (reservations will be held at the door) or $25
at the door (as available). Plentiful refreshments will be served. Tickets to the
Preview Reception can be reserved by mailing a check payable to the Tewksbury
Historical Society Art Show at PO Box 457, Oldwick, NJ 08858.
Co-Chairs Helen Marie Farrant and Alice Walters of Tewksbury invite all to do
their holiday shopping for "lasting and memorable gifts" at the show, open from
10am-6pm on Wednesday, October 2, from 10am to 8pm on Thursday and Friday, October 3 and 4, from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, October 5 and from noon
to 4 pm on Sunday, October 6. For information, see the Society's website
