p r e s e r v e r u r a l r e a d i n G t O n
Readington Township has a long history of being a pioneer with both Open Space and Farmland preservation.
Recently, the Readington Open Space Advisory Board (OSAB) and Agricultural Land Advisory Committee launched the
Preserve Rural Readington Facebook page as a way to communicate to Hunterdon residents the value of Readington's
rural environment, preservation of open space and farmland, and protection of natural resources.
The goal of all of these preservation efforts is to conserve and safeguard our rural lands, wildlife, water supply,
and the Hunterdon way of life, while also being financially responsible by using grants to fund acquisitions. If you would like
to learn more about land preservation efforts, the development of wildlife corridors, and watershed
protections in our area, please follow Preserve Rural Readington using the QR code today.
